Your satisfaction is our primary goal.
But if you are not satisfied with the product you can request a full refund of your money within the first 14 days of your contract period. The following conditions must be met:
- The contract is not older than 14 days.
- The product is a virtual server.
- You have not owned this specific or a product in the same product edition before.
- You have not violated the Terms and Conditions.
- The traffic consumption is below 10% of the total amount.
If these conditions are met, please create a ticket in the F-COM Terminal (customer panel) and request a refund. We kindly ask you about the reasons, so that we have the chance to improve our service from your point of view.
Possible problems
Here are some possible problems that can occur:
- Your contract is older than 14 days.
The date of request is the date which matters. The latest request date ist the contract start date +14 days. For example: if your contract starts at the 1st March your latest request date is the 15th March. We are sure, that 14 days are enough time to find out whether the product matches your requirements. - Your product is not a virtual server.
Please note, that we can not refund money for services we also have to buy from other suppliers. Therefore our Money-Back-Guarantee is only valid for virtual servers. - You have owned this or a similar product in the past.
If you have owned this specific or a product of the same product edition in the past we can not refund you any money, because you already know the product and its specifications / properties. The Money-Back-Guarantee is for customers who have not yet gained any experience with our products. A product of the same product edition means for example, that the product "OVZ Basic Edition Premium" is a similar product to "OVZ Basic Edition Start", because they are both part of the OVZ Basic Edition. - You have violated the Terms and Conditions.
If you have violated the Terms and Conditions - which you accepted during the ordering process - we will not refund you any money. We fulfill our parts of the Terms and Conditions and therefore we expect, that you also fulfills your parts of the Terms and Conditions. Simple and fair. - The traffic consumption is above 10%.
If the server has consumed more than 10% of the monthly granted total amount we can not refund you any money. We are sure, that you will need less than 10 percent of the traffic to test the network connectivity. For example: 10 GB from 1024 GB total are fine, but 103 GB from 1024 GB total are to much.
